We totally aren't going to lie and say this is a "Wine Guys" original recipe. Not at all. (But we did add a little somethin' to the title!) If you are looking for something to WOW your sweetheart with on Valentine's Day, make them a stack of these delicious Lemon-Ricotta pancakes. So good, yet so easy! The most talented snow sculpture artists in North America are here, in our very own Lake Geneva, ready to create their frosty pieces of art! Larger than life, and a sight you won't want to miss! Worth the drive, the entire town of Lake Geneva is buzzing, doing what we do best, embracing winter in the festive spirit of our picturesque lake front city. Here is a run down of all of the Winterfest events! Teams at work sculpting Wednesday, the 3rd through Saturday, the 6th at 11am. Voting will take place from 11-3pm and is open to the public and free of charge. Winners are announced at 3:00pm in the Riviera Ballroom. Viewing of the sculptures will continue throughout the week along with a number of other daily activities, including: Coca Crawl on February 5 New World Wine Shop Wine Tasting Feb 6th Chili Cook-off and Fireworks on Feb 6 Helicopter Rides on Feb 6-7 Tailgating Bowl Party on Feb 7 Ice Skating around the lake from Feb 3- 13 Winterfest Bingo on Feb 8, Beach Bonfire on Feb 9 Soup and Magic Night on Feb 10 Pizza Making Feb 11 Sky Circus on Ice from Feb 12-14 New World Wine Shop Wine Tasting Feb 13 Human Dog Sled Races on Feb 13 WE ARE OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK!
