French Farmhouse Goat Cheese
2-3oz logs goat cheese
2-sprigs of thyme
2-sprigs of rosemary
2-whole cloves of garlic
1-tablespoon whole black peppercorns
Place cheese and all ingredients into a small seal-able
Drizzle in olive oil to lightly coat the goat cheese
Serve room temperature with a fresh baguette
And your favorite French wine of course!
