Kettle Range Meats - A Delicious Addition!

We are so happy to have recently introduced sausages from Kettle Range Meats, a local Wisconsin farm / butcher providing delicious beef and pork from animals that live humane, stress-free lives and are never given antibiotics, hormones or steroids.

The story of the team behind this operation is quite impressive from degrees in Meat Microbiology (Okay, we had no idea that existed!), to 25+ years of meat cutting experience.  Combine the skills and knowledge of the trade with time honored tradition of "old-school" industry standards, and the result is simply the best beef and pork there is to offer.  Which is why we have it here on our shelves at New World Wine Shop.
