This is so easy and healthy you just might want to have some on hand in your fridge all summer. It lasts up to a week! I used one bag of frozen shelled edamame (green soy beans) Just follow cooking instructions on the bag it takes only 3 minutes in your microwave In a food processor combine edamame 3-tablespoons thai green curry paste 1/2 cup chopped cilantro 1/2 cup salted roasted sunflower seeds Process while pouring a light steam of extra virgin olive oil (about 1/2cup) until achieving a texture resembling a course pesto. Serve on toasted sliced french bread Finish with a drizzle of thai chili sauce We served this with a SPARKLING ROSE. I'm thinking next to serve with a CALIFORNIA ROSE. Let us know how it goes!

It is a great thing to remember that food can make us all happy and let us forget the painful things that we have in our minds. It is nice to read posts like this because it will enhance our minds to make different recipes that is essential to the lives of the readers.
